Our Standard Delivery
Is provided free on all orders at and usually takes between 3-5 days and is delivered by Royal mail.
Express Delivery
Our express delivery service costs £1.29 for all orders. It usually takes between 1-2 days and is delivered by Royal mail. We will aim to get all orders received before 1pm shipped the same day, most orders should be with you the following day. For large orders, we may use a courier firm to ensure order fulfilment.
Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery
Our Guaranteed next working day delivery service costs £5.99 and is subject to the order being received before 3PM. If the order is received after 3PM despite our best efforts we may not be able to guarantee next working day delivery. Orders placed after 3PM will be delivered in two working days time. Saturday and Sundays do not count as working days. Orders received before 3PM on a Friday will be delivered by the following Monday, orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Where do we deliver
We deliver to all UK addresses.
We are unable to ship to Europe directly through the website, please contact us at admin@ongnaturalbodycare.co.uk or call us on +44845 544 1938 where we can place an order for you and discuss postage costs etc.
Where’s my parcel?
In the unfortunate event that your parcel is delayed with either our standard or express delivery service, please allow 7 days before contacting us.
If you have selected guaranteed next working day delivery, we will provide you with a tracking number and advise on how you can track your parcel.
